You can try downloading this free decrypter. Though it is meant for the second version, it might be functional in your case as well. In order to identify the very ransomware, you can post its ransom note here. Lastly, you will find valuable information in DMA-Locker removal guide. In order to elimiminate the threat, you can use FortectIntego or Malwarebytes.
