I’m pretty sure Program Management Console virus is messing up my PC! PLEASE HELP me get rid of it. I cannot take the annoying pop-ups anymore — I’m not gonna buy it! It sucks that I cannot remove Program Management Console like any other program… Anyway, I’d be thankful for your help
