Red Alert virus changed my computer’s wallpaper and I cannot open any of my files. I believe that they are encrypted just like the ransom message says… What should I do now? Do I really have to pay the money?

First of all, don't even think about paying the ransom! Cyber criminals might not provide you the necessary decryption software, or you might get malicious one. Hence, you might face even bigger problems.
The first and the most important thing you have to do is to remove Red Alert virus from the computer. For that, you will need strong malware removal tools such as FortectIntego or SpyHunter 5Combo Cleaner. However, malware can block access to the security tools or might prevent you from installing them. In this case, follow our prepared Red Alert removal instructions.
Once the virus is gone, you can restore your files from backups or try additional data recovery methods.
Sincerely,
2-spyware team.
