Settingsafari.com is a technical support scam; these Settingsafari.com ads show up on your computer screen because there is an adware program installed on your computer. It is good that you have identified these pop-ups as a scam. The frauds from this fake "technical support team" commonly try to convince inexperienced computer users to provide banking information or ask to give them remote access to the computer.
You can remove Settingsafari.com virus from your computer using FortectIntego, but you can also do it manually by following these Settingsafari.com removal instructions.
Good luck!
