SideBySide – a PUP that you have to remove ASAP
SideBySide is an adware program associated with the sidebysidesearch.com domain. It monitors user activity on the Internet, records keywords that the user enters into web search services, and displays commercial pop-up advertisements originating from a different source than the page you're visiting.
