2 years ago my file were encrypted by Ransomware “Payload.Exe” and files were renamed as id-8digit-id.[bas_ket@aol.com].java and 8-digit-id is alfa- numeric. Later on it is suggested by all experts it is Dharma family ransomware. Do any expert developed a decryption tool till now?
