MPC Cleaner is a suspicious program that might be installed on the computer with the help of software bundle. Thus, once it gets inside, it starts delivering your described alerts. The purpose of them is to convince you to purchase the license. Indeed, it’s a shady marketing strategy.
We do not recommend getting the paid version of the program. Scan results are misleading. If you install another security tool, you will see that the number of infections is lower. Thus, we recommend deleting this program and forgetting about threatening alerts.
