You are infected with the serious virus which can be removed with the powerful anti-spyware. However, we must inform you that, at the moment, GandCrab 3 ransomware or any other version of this virus is not decryptable. So, once you remove the virus, you can only try recovering your files from backup or try using data recovery options that we provided in the last section of GandCrab 3 removal guide.
However, you should remove this virus at first. For that, we recommend using Reimage. If you are having problems with launching the scanner, reboot the system to Safe Mode with Networking in order to disable the virus. In some cases, ransomware can prevent from using security software.
