I’m stuck now with encrypted files and hoping there’s a solution. I believe my files is converted to .BAT files with email address：decryptyourdata@qq.com

You can learn about this virus in the Dharma removal guide that includes information about all the versions released in these past three years since the initial discovery. There are many more than a few of them in the wild already and developers are not stopping. Dharma is one of the most dangerous cyber threat especially because of the fact that it involves money extortion.
Some versions can be decrypted, but you should check if that is possible for the particular variant you got affected by. A few links to that information included in the article mentioned above.
However, the best solution still remains professional anti-malware programs and a full system scan. This is the method that allows cleaning the machine from additional threats and virus damage. When the computer gets entirely cleaned, you can recover files from the backup or use data recovery tools.
DO NOT pay the ransom, Dharma ransomware developers cannot be trusted.
