It is possible that AV tools cannot detect the malicious email because there is no malware planted on your machine that can be indicated as dangerous. The email itself is not malicious in the sense that anti-malware detects viruses and corrupted parts of the machine.
This is a scam and here you can learn more about it and possible ways to avoid further infections. You may not need to get an anti-malware tool to clean the machine if it is not affecting your device because there is nothing to detect.
However, you can quickly fall for the scam and harm the machine significantly when you allow the installation directly on your machine or fall for the scam and visit sites by clicking on hyperlinks from the email itself. These scams can lead to serious issues when the person keeps in contact with hackers or installs offered software, pays for questionable services or even the ransom.
You need to restrain from clicking on anything, remove such an email from the box and clean it more occasionally. When the antivirus program is not detecting anything, continue to work with your device normally.
