I have a PC running windows 7 with eset internet security. Every time the PC reboots there is a unwanted user additional on the login screen. What is it and how can I remove it

Thank you for contacting us. You can simply delete the "unwanted user" option by clicking the "x" button afterwards click "Done". When logging on your account, uncheck the box '"Remember me." Later on, if you use Google Chrome, enter "Settings." Then find the bar with the icon "User 1" or another random name and choose "Remove this user." This function will delete all browsing history and toolbar marks.
In addition, uncheck the box which says "Allow anyone to add a user." Restart the browser. If, after following these steps, the problem still remains, install an anti-spyware program, for example, FortectIntego, on your computer. It is likely that the PC is infected with some sort of malware so it needs to be eliminated as soon as possible.
