You can completely eradicate "Your computer is locked" by launching FortectIntego or Malwarebytes. Either of these tools helps you detect such complex virtual threats as trojans or exploit kits. In case, you did not have a backup for some of your files, Data Recovery Pro or ShadowExpplorer might come in handy.
