Coupon Blaster (Removal Guide) - 2021 update
Coupon Blaster Removal Guide
What is Coupon Blaster?
Coupon Blaster is a potentially unwanted program that shows tons of ads that can redirect you to suspicious websites
Coupon Blaster is a legitimate browser add-on, which promises to help people improve their browsing experience. However, no matter that this program can’t pose harm to any computer, you should know that it is actively distributed using unfair distribution techniques that are known as bundling. Beware that this distribution technique has been actively used by the developers of questionable browser add-ons, extensions, and plugins.
In order to avoid that, you need to start monitoring the installation of the free software, such as download managers, PDF creators, and similar apps because they are the main mediums used for spreading such adware like Coupon Blaster around. For trying to do that, you should opt only for Custom or Advanced installation of the freeware because that's how you can get the ability to see optional components.
If Coupon Blaster hijacks the system, it may start initiating various questionable activities on all of your web browsers that are installed on it. First of all it, of course, tries to hijack them by entering its own browser add-ons. In addition, it may try to alter the start page and the default search engine on each of these browsers. As a result, users may start seeing tons of ads, in-text links, banners, and similar content.
When trying to click them, they may be redirected to suspicious, questionable, and even fraudulent websites.
That’s why there are tens of security vendors that have labeled this program as adware and a potentially unwanted program (also known as PUP). If you have already noticed Coupon Blaster redirects and commercial pop-up ads every time you open your Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox browser, it’s a sign that this potentially unwanted program was installed on your PC behind your back.
Coupon Blaste is an adware that changes your browser settings and shows ads.
In this case, you should waste no time and scan it with reputable anti-spyware to remove Coupon Blaster from your computer. For that, we highly recommend SpyHunter 5Combo Cleaner or Malwarebytes.
If you want to try the manual Coupon Blaster removal method, we have prepared detailed instructions for you, which can be found at the bottom of this article. However, keep in mind that an antivirus program can protect your computer from much more serious problems, so experts recommend that you always have a reliable security tool. And if, after removing all the viruses, your computer still performs worse than before, then try to fix your system files. You can do this with FortectIntego.
Adware enters computer by using a deceptive method
This particular adware is actively spread using bundling. This distribution technique helps specific programs enter PCs undetected by anti-viruses. If you want to avoid it, you should know that bundling is closely related to freeware and shareware that is involved in the distribution of such programs like this one for monetization.
In order to prevent their infiltration, you should choose only Custom or Advanced installation of the freeware. Once you do that, follow each installation step carefully and opt-out of any additional downloads that may be offered to you along the way.
If you have already been tricked into installing this questionable program on your computer, you shouldn’t be surprised after noticing annoying pop-up ads. They are displayed for initiating adware redirects to affiliate websites and earning some easy money.

How to prevent from getting adware
Access your website securely from any location
When you work on the domain, site, blog, or different project that requires constant management, content creation, or coding, you may need to connect to the server and content management service more often. The best solution for creating a tighter network could be a dedicated/fixed IP address.
If you make your IP address static and set to your device, you can connect to the CMS from any location and do not create any additional issues for the server or network manager that needs to monitor connections and activities. VPN software providers like Private Internet Access can help you with such settings and offer the option to control the online reputation and manage projects easily from any part of the world.
Recover files after data-affecting malware attacks
While much of the data can be accidentally deleted due to various reasons, malware is one of the main culprits that can cause loss of pictures, documents, videos, and other important files. More serious malware infections lead to significant data loss when your documents, system files, and images get encrypted. In particular, ransomware is is a type of malware that focuses on such functions, so your files become useless without an ability to access them.
Even though there is little to no possibility to recover after file-locking threats, some applications have features for data recovery in the system. In some cases, Data Recovery Pro can also help to recover at least some portion of your data after data-locking virus infection or general cyber infection.
