Jungle Gamer ads may appear suddenly: learn how to get rid of them

Jungle Gamer is presented as a useful service that can provide access to thousands of strategy, puzzle, arcade, action, and other games online. However, it is important to remember that this app is nothing more but adware that will take over your Google Chrome or another browser as soon as it is installed.
This type of software is commonly spread via bundling, which results in it being installed by users unintentionally. Once established, it would place tracking cookies to spy on users' online activities and constantly show ads on all websites they visit. This is why we strongly recommend uninstalling all adware from the system immediately.
| Name | Jungle Gamer |
| Type | Adware |
| Distribution | Software bundling, third-party sources |
| Operation | Shows excessive number of ads, tracks user data in the background |
| Removal | You can uninstall a PUP by following our guide below or using anti-malware software |
| Browser fix | If you want to make sure that your browser is clean and no tracking technologies remain, use FortectIntego to clean it quickly |
Jungle Gamer is not a good program, and there are various arguments to prove this statement. First of all, it can be installed on your computer without your knowledge, along with other freeware programs. When it places its components on your system, you will soon notice what its main function and the real goal of it is.
It specializes in delivering numerous advertisements on your screen. You are going to notice pop-up ads, also banners, or underlined in-text links placed on the websites that you visit. Such ads can be recognized quite easily because they are usually labeled as “ads by Jungle Gamer” or similar. Unfortunately, these ads are deceptive, and you should never click on them!
PUP's developers cooperate with third-party companies and seek to promote their websites. You can expect to visit such sites if you click on promoted ads, and that does not mean that the website you might end up on is related to the content in any way.
It might surprise you; also, have you ever thought about why such ads look so attractive and why do they display ads that provide shopping offers for the items you have recently looked up online? It is so because this app is also a spyware program, and it collects information about you.
Once installed, it attaches browser add-ons on every web browser that is installed on your PC. It spies on you and tracks your search queries, browsing history, downloads, and so on. Based on such information, it selects targeted ads for you and delivers them to your screen whenever you are using your web browser. Such activity is very annoying and also can significantly slow down your computer system.
In addition to that, random redirects can end you up on dangerous websites. Be very careful – some of the third-party websites may promote questionable software or suggest various software updates for free. Still, you should not agree with such proposals to install them because some exposed content might be infectious or even malicious.
Our recommendation is to remove adware as soon as you notice the ads it generates. You can do that with anti-spyware software, for example, SpyHunterCombo Cleaner. Also, after you terminate all malware and adware from your system, you should employ FortectIntego to clean your browsers and fix virus damage effortlessly.
Installation of adware is rarely intentional
In most cases, adware infiltration happens not on purpose. Please keep in mind that computer parasites and other unwanted programs are frequently distributed as additions to other free programs. Whenever you install a new program on your PC, make sure you monitor the installation process correctly. You have to check if your selected program promotes third-party software or not.
To find that out, you must read the Terms of Use document. Later on, be sure you choose Advanced or Custom installation mode. This configuration opens another setup window, which discloses the list of optional apps that were added to your selected program. To avoid receiving these additions, deselect the proposals to install them.
Uninstall Jungle Gamer software from your computer
Luckily, potentially unwanted programs can be uninstalled effortlessly. If you wish to avoid various interferences during browsing sessions, remove adware immediately. Once it is entirely gone, you are not going to receive its annoying advertisements anymore. You can find the manual removal guide below.
