My Sony Xperia Z3 touch screen just stopped working, screen only lights up slightly but in no way can I access the apps or anything to try and reset phone, screen doesn’t show any apps and totally unresponsive ,I suspect it’s an Android virus but can’t access the phone in any way, battery is full. Is there any software I can download to access the phone via my computer and then reset, I have Xperia Companion on my computer and have reset and updated the phone software via my computer but still absolutely no luck to get the phone back to life again. Please help.

There are many different variants of the Android virus. Therefore, your described situation might be the sign of the attack. In order to make sure, you have to install a security software, for instance, Reimage that can detect and eliminate malicious components from your phone.
