   First of all, you could check the list of the installed apps (the instructions on reaching this section depends on your operating system and phone brand) and get rid of everything you can't remember installing.
   
   If you suspect that malware is installed on your phone, you should scan it with a reputable anti-malware software that you should download from Google Play/App Store. The security app can eliminate malware for you automatically if such is present, that is.
