Hi. My computer was recently affected by the Rezuc Ransomware virus, which encrypted all my personal files. I used McAfee to remove the virus but I still can’t get to decrpyt my files. How can you help.

The ransomware that affected your personal files is a notorious Rezuc virus which belongs to a fairly active Djvu ransomware family. The software you mentioned may have removed the virus, but run an additional scan with alternate anti-malware tool to make sure there is nothing left that can affect your recovered files.
Then, you can try decryption methods listed in the article and recovery your data safely. You can also restore files with backed up data or using a particular file restoring application.
Fortunately, this is an older version of DJVU virus. There is a possibility to decrypt files with STOP virus decrypter. All the needed information is on the article linked above.
