How to remove system stasl. I don’t remember installing it. And now unable to remove it , I even tried to disable it but I’m not able to. Can anyone tell me how I can remove this so called app?

Certain apps that are marked as Android/Trojan agent AxV by Malwarebytes are extremely persistent - they acquire root-level permissions on your device and prevent you to disable or terminate it.
