Perfect Optimizer is a rogue system tool that generates false-positive scan results to push its paid version
Perfect Optimizer is promoted as an intelligent system tool that aims at increasing Windows OS speed and ensuring its stability.
However, developed by Miracle Technologies, this application is yet another fake system optimizer that seeks to earn the money by pushing its licensed version. Although the developer claims that the tool will remove erroneous Windows registry entries and repair invalid references; however, in reality, it initiates unapproved scans and launches false positive scan results that typically contain the following notifications "4 Kinds of Problems Left on Your System."
The Perfect Optimizer is classified as scareware and potentially unwanted application (PUA) as it tends to spread bundled with freeware and, therefore, gets installed without being noticed. Alternatively, it's promoted on various shady download websites that promote ad-supported apps in general.
Upon installation, the free trial version of the app automatically creates a scheduled task to scan the machine and inform uses about alleged registry errors, junk files, privacy-violating software, and other performance infringements.
Reputable AV engines list this tool as Misleading:Win32/PerfectOptimizer or PUP.Optional.PerfectOptimizer and successfully quarantine it. However, sometimes it can perform without recognition and intrusive display it scanner and scan results. That's why so many people are looking for ways to uninstall Perfect Optimizer from Windows PCs.
If you have accidentally installed this tool, you should look for the DLLsuite.exe file running in the background and terminate it in the first place. After that, try to remove the tool as a regular Windows app or run a professional anti-malware tool.

However, paying the money for a useless file is not recommended because you can not only use your money for nothing but also take advantage of the application, which, in fact, can harm your machine.
According to the NoVirus.uk researchers, Perfect Optimizer malware has a bunch of affiliate parties, which spread it on shady download websites in exchange for a commission fee. People can find its direct download on sites like PHP Nuke, QPdownload, PerfectSoftwareSea, Apponic, and similar. All of them offer other PUPs, such as Free Youtube Downloader, Advanced Driver Booster, RegClean Pro, and many other downloads aside.
Cybersecurity experts agree upon the fact that Perfect Optimizer removal is the number one task that people should do if they started getting intrusive popups saying that the system has many issues. These scan results are alleged, meaning that they have been preselected and the issues that they are reporting are not real.
In addition to misleading scans, people claim that it's difficult to remove Perfect Optimizer from the system. Although there's a direct uninstaller (usually), clicking on it and trying to get rid of the app returns an error message saying that this app is currently in use and cannot be deleted.

"Bundling" is the name of a software distribution method.
It's a widely known scheme that is used by many software distributors allowing them to spread several, often related, applications in one pack. While this method is legitimate, third-party freeware developers misuse it for monetizing the free services by promoting potentially unwanted programs.
Unfortunately, but legalizing the method triggered many problems for the end-users. Freeware bundles are not disclosed properly. In other words, people are not informed directly that the application they are about to download contains additional installers. They are informed about additional downloads during the installation of the main download if the user opts for the Advanced or Custom installation option.
Therefore, if you seek to keep your machine PUP-free, you should always mind these precautionary measures:
- Download freeware from official sources;
- If you download freeware from third-party sites, do not forget that they tend to promote bundles;
- Always select the Advanced or Custom installation option and monitor every installation setup window;
- Look for pre-selected checkboxes saying that you agree with the installation of add-ons or other browser-based applications;
- Deselect offers to replace the start page, search provider or other web browser's settings;
- Use a robust anti-malware suite, which would be powerful enough to detect potentially unwanted programs.

Step 1: Uninstall programs you did not mean to install
Perfect Optimizer rarely comes alone: it is usually installed by, or together with, a free program. In Windows 11 open Settings > Apps > Installed apps, in Windows 10 Settings > Apps > Apps & features, and sort by install date.
Uninstall every entry from the day the trouble began that you did not install on purpose, for example a download manager, a converter or a browser you never chose.
Keep drivers and entries from Microsoft, Intel, AMD, NVIDIA or your PC's maker unless you are sure.

Step 2: Remove it from startup
Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager and select Startup apps (Windows 11) or the Startup tab (Windows 10). Disable entries you do not recognise, especially ones with no publisher or with a name that copies a Windows component.
Right-click an entry and choose Open file location to see where it runs from: programs in

Step 3: Delete the folders left behind
Uninstalling often leaves the program's folders, and some threats reinstall themselves from them.
Press Windows + R, type
%LocalAppData%and press Enter, then do the same for%AppData%and %ProgramData%, and look for folders named after Perfect Optimizer, its publisher or created on the day the problem started.Delete those folders, and check

Step 4: Scan the PC, then run the offline scan
A scan finds the parts of Perfect Optimizer that the manual steps cannot see. In Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Scan options, start a Full scan and quarantine what it reports.
Follow it with Microsoft Defender Antivirus (offline scan) > Scan now, which restarts the PC and checks the disk while Windows and the malware are not running.
It takes about 15 minutes and works the same in Windows 11 and Windows 10. If either scan finds something, run the full scan again after removal until it comes back clean.

Uninstall from Windows
Perfect Optimizer virus is mainly used by Windows owners. If you are one of them, try the following tips to uninstall the tool properly.
Uninstall from Windows 10/8:
- Type Control Panel into the Windows search box and open the result.
- Under Programs, select Uninstall a program.
Uninstall from Windows 7/XP:
- Click on Windows Start > Control Panel (Windows XP users should click on Add/Remove Programs).
- In Control Panel, select Programs > Uninstall a program.
Remove the unwanted program:
- In the Programs and Features window, look for any recently installed suspicious entries, select them, and click Uninstall.
- If User Account Control appears, click Yes to confirm, then complete the removal.
Delete from macOS
It's not clear whether this optimizer is compatible with Mac OS. If, however, it infiltrated your Mac machine, the following guide may be of use for you.
Remove the unwanted application:
- From the menu bar, select Go > Applications.
- In the Applications folder, look for any suspicious entries, then drag them to Trash (or right-click and pick Move to Trash).
Delete leftover files and folders:
- Select Go > Go to Folder.
- Enter /Library/Application Support and remove any suspicious folders related to the unwanted program.
- Repeat the same check in the /Library/LaunchAgents and /Library/LaunchDaemons folders, deleting any suspicious entries.

Is DLLsuite.exe safe?
It depends on where the file is and who signed it, not on the name. Open Task Manager, go to the Details tab, right-click DLLsuite.exe and choose Open file location. A file inside Program Files or System32 with a valid digital signature from a known company is usually part of a legitimate program.
A file in AppData, Temp or ProgramData with no signature, especially one that restarts itself after you end it, is suspicious. If you cannot tie the process to anything you installed, uninstall recent unfamiliar programs and run a Microsoft Defender Offline scan.
Can I end DLLsuite.exe in Task Manager?
Ending an unknown process is safe in the sense that Windows will warn you before you close anything critical, and a restart brings back whatever Windows needs. Ending DLLsuite.exe will not remove it, though: if a task or startup entry launches it, it returns at the next sign-in.

It depends on the program, and no measurements have been published for Perfect Optimizer. The sign reported is an unfamiliar process called DLLsuite.exe in Task Manager. Check for yourself: open Task Manager, find its process and watch the CPU, memory and network columns for a minute while the PC is otherwise idle.
