Dear 2-spyware i have been getting an error page when i try opening my email from message account its like an extra tab being added to the oage that i open which is the hotmail tabe the name of the spyware which i suspect it is,is (http://ads.banneradsgalore.com/bc/123kah.php" that is balnk page or error page i get when i open my hotmail emails direct from my messenger please suggest what i can do to get rid of it thanks.

do you use any security tools? the pop-up you've described seems to be suspicious. i recommend you downloading antispyware and running a scan. you can find several free antispyware here.

i recommend yo u to open your tool box and try to edit settings and check your firewall
