For future reference: never allow anybody to connect to your computer (be it helpme.net, Teamviewer, another platform) unless you are the one asking for help, i.e., you call legitimate IT service for assistance, such as Microsoft. Pop-ups on the internet that claim your computer is infected with viruses are always scams, so please just leave the page and never contact the fake tech support that can "fix" your issues. Online scams are a huge business, costing billions of dollars to users worldwide.
Now, to deal with the situation, we suggest you first perform a full system scan with the Windows Defender:
1. Type in "Security" into Windows search and click on "Windows Security."
2. Choose "Virus & Threat protection."
3. Click "Scan options."
4. Select "Full scan" and then select "Scan now."
Now, malware can cause significant damage to Windows system files, so scanning it with Reimage would be beneficial. If Windows Defender is blocking it, we highly advise you to contact the Reimage support team - it will be happy to assist. You can submit a ticket here: https://www.reimageplus.com/submit-ticket/.
Good luck,
