Decryption is not possible with this version. The threat is one of many versions on the list of Djvu ransomware. These threats have been advanced and improved, but you can rely on these instructions for the removal and clear the infection.
NOTE that this is not the same as the decryption or recovery of those encoded files. The removal is crucial if you don't want to risk getting files permanently damaged. As for the file recovery, there are particular alternate methods for this or you can rely on data backups you made before the attack.
