Hi, When I use Malwarebytes to remove the Nozelesn ransomware, infected data files, are then those data files going to be deleted? or fixed as an uninfected data file to be good for use again? Thanks.

You have encountered one of the more dangerous ransomware because it has been recently active. Nozelesn ransomware encrypts data using AES algorithm and makes those files unreadable. We certainly understand that you are mostly concerned about the security of your files.
When you remove the malicious program anti-malware tool is not affecting those encrypted files. They remain affected by the encoding process. As we mention in this article you need to recover your files with a data backup stored on the external device or use file recovery software.
The only solution for affected files is data recovery programs or personal file backups. Malware removal using Malwarebytes or another tool does not affect encrypted data.
