Newbie here, help w/ undetected virus problems!

Hello, I would like to ask for help if there's anything I can do to remove the VM303_STI.exe problems? My Mcaffee does not detect it. At first there are alert window boxes that claim of missing dll. Then there are internet problems and desktop problems like for instance folders that I cannot access when the virus becomes active. When I use the internet, there are times I cannot enter any site anymore even the connection is still active, then my pc becomes slow and error boxes appear, and some icons are deleted in my desktop, so I have to restart again but I can't even shut my P.C. properly because it is forbidden! I tried deleting some of the suspicious files in safe mode, and they are currently still in my recycle bin but sometimes problems still come back again. Here is my log file. have you tried removing infection the way HJT Analyzer suggested? if so, did it work?
it seems like the infections is blocking mcafee so it can't detect it. there's also a possibility that the infection is not a virus, so mcafee can't deal with it anyway. my suggestion is getting antispyware and scanning a computer with it. anti-spyware detects different things than anti-virus does, so it may solve your problem. if that doesn't help, you should run antispyware and antivirus in a safe mode. most of malicious processes are inactive in a safe mode, so security tools can delete them. here's safe mode tutorial and here are some free antispyware tools.
