hey guys, have a nasty malware infection at the moment and I cant seem to get rid of it. can you guys help? All the scans etc ive been doing have been with AVG free, Ad aware, aindows defender etc, and they cant seem to shift this last (or at least last few infections) on the comp. Ive taken off the majority of infections from the comp, but theres one or two still blocking the internet. Ones that my scanners are finding but cant delete for some reason or either 'have no access' even though im logged on as admin. it connects fine to the lan, but then the connection is unuseable, every program and browser is blocked.
I know some options but the last thing I want to do is wipe this computer and do a clean install, unless i really have to. If i can get this machine running back on the internet i'll be happy. can you guys and girls help me? It would be greatly appreciated.
details of the previous scans are here:

and here is a fresh Hijack this scan:

hi again,
i see that HJT Analyzer didn't helped you much, it can't recognize what's wrong and as we can't tell which files are malicious we can't tell you which files you should delete. i can suggest you run malwarebytes antimalware, i use it my self and it detect pretty much every malware. if you are interested in trying another scan, you can download malware bytes antimalware right here : http://www.2-spyware.com/review-malwarebytes-anti-malware.html
however, i guess you're tired of trying new scanners. ii think you got another way to solve this. you've mentioned that the other security tools detect malware but they can't delete those because access is denied. this happens when the malicious files are running at the same moment when scanner tries to erase them. well you know, if you open a file and try to delete it while it's opened, it won't work. but if you start your computer in a safe mode, most of malicious processes will be inactive and your antispyware programs should be able to delete things. here's tutorial how to start computer in a safe mode : http://www.2-spyware.com/news/post232.html once the computer is in safe mode, simply run antispyware scans.
good luck, and let me know how it goes. _________________ I reccomend Spyware Doctor and Malwarebytes’ Anti-malware as ultimate protection. |
