Please help me with this issue. I have Windows XP and have removed Total Security using Malwarebytes. The virus appears to be removed and everything is working. I am having an issue with my images. In Internet Explorer, images to do not show on web pages. Also, I am unable to view thumbnails of images in My Pictures or use the preview image function. My desktop is still not showing a image. Please advise how I can fix this.

Hi,

I think that you have to restore default associations for images. Download and extract the following file:

http://rs499.rapidshare.com/files/270151182/Default_img_associations.rar

Run each file (4 files). Press "Yes" when Registry Editor prompt will show up.
