my computer will not allow me to delete these file when trying to get rid of spyware strike

i've been through the registry and manually deleted everything but the damn virus keep coming back.... it's driving me insane... it';s that bubble that pops ever 5 seconds telling me my computer is intected... arrrrggghhh!!!

I had the same problem, so I booted my computer in safe mode, went to the files located in the system32 folder, and renamed them to text files and deleted everything in the file and saved it and then renamed it back to .dll. after that, ive had no problem.
