Hi, burgs_sport.
Please follow these steps:
1. Download the Pocket KillBox utility.
2. Open the Control Panel and launch the Add or Remove Programs tool. In the list of installed software find the Block Checker application and uninstall it. Then delete the folder C:\Program Files\Block Checker.
3. Use HijackThis to fix the following entries:

4. Restart the system in Safe Mode. This step is very important!
5. Once in Safe Mode, use Pocket KillBox to delete the following files:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\navshext1.dll

C:\PROGRA~1\SOFTWA~1\soproc.exe
Then delete the following directories:

ok 2 things first ly i put nod32 on the pc and that got rid of sumin ill have to run anutha hijack and post anutha log i alsos have avg anitvirus on it and windows defender the 2nd thing is i dont no how to delete directories??

hello ive just tryed to delete the directory but it sed can no be deleted i also tryed to delete the file name but that sed it didnt exist ( this was all done in safe mode ) i have fixed the problems with hijack and here is a new log

You can delete the file by typing the following filename in Pocket KillBox:
C:\DOCUME~1\Gail\APPLIC~1\THESIT~1\rdrsec~1.exe
However, I think that NOD32 has already deleted it. I didn't see any tracks of it in your last log. By the way, your log looks clean to me  . |
