I think my computer is infected. In the Task Manager I see two instances of explorer.exe running. I made a research and found out that one of them is located in my Windows folder, and the other one is inside C:\Windows\System32. Both files look like normal Windows files. But I've heard that there must be only one explorer.exe. Which is viral or do I need to leave both of them? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The explorer.exe file is a required by Windows only when it resided in Windows folder (C:\Windows, C:\WINNT or something like this). If this file is elsewhere, then it is viral, parasitical. In your case I would delete that one, which resides in C:\Windows\System32, especially if it runs a process.
