When the computer is turned on there are no problems and no viruses reported – all works well.

As soon as I go into Internet Explorer the following issues arise:

Antivirus tells me it has picked up WIN32:AGENT-QJ virus located in C:\documents\alex\local settings\temporary internet. The virus version is VPS 0636-1 dated 06/09/2006

Antivirus then tells me it has picked up WIN32:AGENT-QJ virus but this time located in C:\drsmartload.exe. Again the virus version is VPS 0636-1 dated 06/09/2006

A message then appears saying run time error “53�: File Not Found and I click OK to proceed.

A program called synmdox.exe appears in the route directory (version FEDFREWTERTTRRFET)

Obviously I would appreciate any help as it is driving me crazy!! I have re-installed Service Pack 2 and upgraded to Internet Explorer Version 7
