Hi jayellcee. Welcome to the 2-Spyware.com forums!

Please follow these steps:

1. Download Pocket KillBox or KillBox utility.

2. Use HijackThis to fix the following entry:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [systst] rundll32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\systst.dll,start

3. Restart your system in Safe Mode. This step is very important!

4. Once in Safe Mode, use either Pocket KillBox or KillBox to delete the following files (if present):
C:\WINDOWS\system32\systst.dll
C:\WINDOWS\smss.exe
C:\WINDOWS\winlogon.exe

5. Restart your computer. Go to the web site virusscan.jotti.org. It is online malware scan service. Upload and scan the file F:\tnetlite.exe. Please provide the results in your next post.

6. Run new HijackThis scan and post a fresh log here.

Hi jayellcee.

Restart your system in Safe Mode with Networking Support. Download the trial version of Spy Sweeper. Reboot your computer. Install the program, update its definitions and try running a complete system scan. If your PC restarts, scan in Safe Mode. Remove all the threats the application will find.

Please let me know whether this helps or not.

Hi jayellcee.

If you don't want to buy the program, feel free to use any other anti-spyware including free ones. Download SUPERAntiSpyware (free version), scan your system with it and see if it finds anything. If it does, remove the remaining parasites.
