yes i down loaded personal antivirus and i did all i can but i cant get threw. i cant get the code that talk about, now the dam thing keeps popping up every 30 sec. what can i do to deleat this or get it?

To remove personal antivirus follow these steps
1. Go to "My computer"
2. Program Files
3. Uninstall
The personal antivirus should be located in here simply click on the program and it should disappear.

If I don't do anything after it shows the scan results and just shut down my computer, am I still at risk? I ran malwarbytes and it showed nothing.

how did people get this virus? mine just showed up on my desktop and started its warnings. should have known, there was no real contact info. where does the money go if people pay? can they be tracked? btw, i used Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and it seemed to work perfectly.

My problem is I do not find it in installed programs!!! When I go in install uninstall programs I do not find it why? How do I get rid of it????

get mcafee virus remover it got rid of it for me i left clicked the personal antivirus and deleted it that way

How do I know that this isn't part of the scam? Why can't I use a program that I know is legit to remove this program instead of of somemthing that I have to download from this website.
