i know an easier way to eliminate the personal security virus, put your computer in safe mode. when it's in safe mode, it unlocks your computer and you can delete it. after that, run spyware doctor to completely remove it.

I deleted all the files on the computer and the internet still doesn't work correctly. I tried to delete the dll files but it says that it could not find any dll files. anybody have any ideas? I deleted the unistall file also. thanks
