FileLocker ransomware is a hideous extortion tool that cybercriminals try to inject into users computer systems. They use various methods to convince victims to install such software - typically, they send phishing emails and expect that the users will open files attached to them.
Sadly, the virus is very dangerous, and it uses cryptography to make files inaccessible. When it encrypts the data with the encryption key, it removes the decryption key from the system and stores it in cybercriminals' servers. As you can see, ransomware crooks want you to pay them, however, we do not recommend doing so. There are no guarantees that you will get the decryption key after paying the ransom. Please find more information about the virus and also its removal guidelines here: Remove FileLocker ransomware (Virus Removal Guide).
P.S. You can recover your files if you have a backup. Do you have it?
