I may have been infected with Skype virus. I received a few links from my friends that redirect to baidu.com, I asked my friends what was it, but they did not respond, only sent the same links again. I haven’t clicked on them, but I am concerned if my PC was not infected.

If you haven't clicked a received a link, you should not worry about Skype virus infection. Your computer can only be infected if you opened the link or/and downloaded the content from the corrupted website. However, you should warn your friends about their cyber security.
