What to do when Antispyware program fails to remove infection?

by Jake Doevan - -

Every security expert knows that protecting computer to prevent malware is much easier than eliminating one from it. That’s why there are so many PC users who ask how to remove viruses and, more frequently, what to do when Antispyware program fails to remove the infection. If you have also found problems with this, follow this article to know more information about the top 3 anti-malware programs that are offered on our site. Most importantly, we will try to explain what can be done when SpyHunter, Malwarebytes Anti-malware or Stopzilla fails to remove the infection from your computer.

If SpyHunter failed to remove the virus:

If SpyHunter failed to remove your parasite, there is a huge possibility that you have a deal with mutating virus. Such threats automatically change their files to the ones that look legitimate or use the ones that haven’t been included to the program’s database yet.

However, you can receive a help if you are one of such unlucky PC users who have registered Spyhunter and it failed to remove virus. You can use a feature, which allows professional technicians to assist you with malware removal issues and finally remove it for you. It is called ‘Spyware HelpDesk’. As we have tried, this is done really quickly and efficiently, so if you need a help with virus removal, you can send a diagnostic report (Support Log) and submit a customer ticket by going to the ‘Spyware HelpDesk’ tab after opening a program:

If Malwarebytes Antimalware failed to remove the virus:

If after scanning your PC with Malwarebytes Antimalware, it failed to work properly, that may be because of the same reasons we have discussed above. First of all, you should make sure you use an updated Malwarebytes Anti-malware version.

However, if you are Malwarebytes Antimalware customer and it hasn’t been working properly, you can also receive a help: you can visit its Support Forums and Frequently Asked Questions, send an email for its support team (this is a free service for all their users) or use a Premium Support. In other words, this is a telephone support, which is provided by a third party vendor support.com. Using this support, you can expect that they will troubleshoot and resolve your issue and will also ensure that it’s safe, secure and running at optimum performance.

In the end, we must add that you shouldn’t purchase a program if its trial version hasn’t detected a virus. That’s only a waste of money. In this case, it’s better to use a phone support, which will fix your PC and will manually remove virus for you. You can use this number anytime you need: +1 855 969 0796.

If STOPzilla failed to remove the virus:

The main reason why STOPzilla failed to remove your virus is that you have been using its outdated version. So, please, always make sure you are using a fully updated anti-malware when starting a full scan of your computer. Besides, its official page offers to disconnect the machine from the Internet and continue a full system scan. Other reason why this program may has failed to remove your infection is that it is a new variant, which sample hasn’t been included to the product’s database.

So, what can be done if registered version of STOPzilla failed to remove the virus? You can get one of these supports: Live Chat support (according to the official website, Live Chat agent troubleshoots the issue live and also sends step-by-step removal instructions), Telephone Technical Support or, if your case is not urgent, send email and receive a guidance from STOPzilla’s technicians.

I see that Do-Search is nothing more than a scammy means of extorting money! It pretends to be a friendly search engine but intertwines itself and cannot be removed unless you spend money buying various other removal tool programs!

Very disappointing in how low people will stoop!

A laptop running win 8 would not respond to efforts to start in safe mode. I removed the hard drive and connected it to a computer with Malware bites installed and scanned the infected drive with it. Malwarebites did not completely remove it but slowed the virus somewhat and I was able to download avast on another computer and transfer it to the laptop where I scheduled a boot time scan which worked.

I,ve tried malware, spyhunter and about a dozen other so called anti-virus products and super-optimizer is still firmly in place, not only that but my so called anti-virus protection failed to even spot it, so tell me what,s the point of anti-virus,malware installations if they can,t do the only job they were created for, it makes me wonder what else they can,t do
