I have obtained a new backup software and I want to unsubscribe to Backup Genie. Unfortunately, I cannot do that because this freakin’ BackupGenie virus is constantly dropping the Server Error whenever I click the “deactivate account” button… Besides, I cannot seem to find a way to remove BackupGenie virus from my PC. It initiates at startup… HELP!
