Can you help me block the virus?!!! The message says that it has infected my PC!
If you see messages on your Google Chrome or other browser claiming that your PC is infected with Zeus virus, it is a social engineering attack called tech support scam. These schemes are created in order to make people believe that their computers or personal information are in danger, and provide a phone number to allegedly fix the problems.
Tech support scams are often accompanied by adware infection. Ad-supported software, while not as dangerous as malware, can expose users to potential online risks, such as Zeus virus alerts which consequently might result in money loss.
Do not call criminals and instead terminate "You Have A ZEUS Virus" scam by running the anti-spyware application, e.g. FortectIntego. Afterward, reset your browser settings.
