Thanks to Spybot to help with this. The only thing I had loaded that would work after an update. Once it takes over your IE you can go no where but you can launch Spybot and update it.

i used superanti-spyware to remove it
its gone now

restore to an earlier date (click control panel, -->performance and maintanance,
--> sysem, then go to the "system resore" tab). Worked for me!

If I accidentally downloaded the IE Antivirus program. I have not paid for the full version ... I just want to remove annoying program
