sometimes the name will appear as "control centre" in the add/remove feature....just in case if u can't find it, i've removed mine but still a little suspicious....anybody can help me confirm the removal??

McAfee seemed to remove privacy center but I'm still having problems with IE. I can't log in to my yahoo e-mail and I have significant problems access numerous webpages. When I try to access my mail or web pages I get an access denied message. Any help would be greatly appriciated!

do control alt delete go to new task and type in control pannel you should get your windows back then go to add/remove programs and remove privicy center worked for me on windows xp

Use the advise from 5/4 "press ctrl+alt+delete to bring up ur task manager, go to applications, press new task. Then ur able to bring up ur start up and add/remove programs button"
Tried it and it worked. Running ad-aware right now. Crossing fingures

The "Automatic Removal " download is a hoax. You have to pay $50 to buy the software removal program.

The prog. has an uninstall feature.
Go into safe -mode and enter settings /control panel/programmes and features,
click on Privacy Center and uninstall, the big box will disappear, then run a virus ` whacker`,
