Usually, Privacy Center gains access into the system without user's knowledge and permission. The most common infection case is when user unknowingly downloads trojan virus which pretends to be a video codec. Then, the trojan virus displays intimidating notifications about spyware infections and suggest to download Privacy Center. Once installed and active, PrivacyCenter performs fake system scan. The rogue finds even more infections and security problems which should be removed immediately. Lastly, user is advertised to purchase a full version of this parasite, because trial version is unable to remove those infections and to ensure further PC protection. Fake Privacy Center warning: "Warning! Running trial version! The security of your computer has been compromised! Now running trial version of the software! Click here to purchase the full version of the software and get full protection for your PC!" However, this is simply a scam. As the matter of the fact, Privacy Center is absolutely useless, that's why it should be removed upon detection. how do i remove it
everytime i start the computer it just shows a black screen

Go into safe -mode and enter settings /control panel/programmes and features,
click on Privacy Center and uninstall, the big box will disappear, then run a virus ` whacker`,

im sure if youve got it youve tried all the steps online to get rid of it, they do work but they explain it like its deed complicated and you'll end up doin it wrong:
when ur logged on press ctrl alt delte and click on start task manager.
It's still not ok.
I have Windows 2007, but the layout looks gray and old . All the programs work fine.
My internet and audio is not working, as well as my printer.
I'm literally in tears.
I meant Windows 7.
