If you do not have a data backup, we have some sad news for you. Unfortunately, files cannot be decrypted once a ransomware virus encrypts them because only the authors of ransomware know the unique decryption code that is essential for data recovery. However, you should not pay the ransom, because it is not the answer to this problem, either. There are no guarantees whether criminals are willing to provide you with the decryption software or not, so do not waste your money.
