The .java file extension means that your computer is infected with a ransomware virus. The document you found on the desktop is a ransom note. However, we do not recommend paying the money for malware creators. It does not guarantee that they will release your files.
Unfortunately, there's no free decryptor that will help to recover files encrypted by .java ransomware. However, if you have backups, you can restore files from them. Otherwise, we can only suggest trying additional recovery solutions and hoping that they will help to bring back at least some of the corrupted data. However, before trying them, you need to get rid of the ransomware.
