Emsisoft Support said that : “This is a newer variant of STOP/Djvu, and your ID is an online ID, so there is currently no way to decrypt your files ” and “Notice: this ID appears to be an online ID, decryption is impossible .

Please make sure you are uploading a ransom note and encrypted sample file from the same infection.

there is no decrypting tool or solution for my case
the only hope we have is “if law enforcement could arrests the criminals and releases their database of private keys for inclusion in decryption tools or otherwise gain access to their servers and obtain the private keys ( according to Emsisoft.com )
but that may take over years or never hapen at all ( Low probability )
please help me to get my data back beacause it’is very important files to me
imagine that all my 2 TB hard disk which contains very valuable data ( personal and work files , accounts ) has gone forever , it costs me more than 10 years of work , time and efforts so it can’t be Compensable , unfortunately , I don’t had any backup of them in the time the ransomware attacked me . this ransomware is a nuisance for sure , besides , This had very bad consequences for my work

Note : recovery software couldn’t recover my data successfully , the recovered data are overwritten by ransomware and became corrupted and damaged

We are happy that you managed to find all the tools required for an attempt to decrypt files locked by ransomware.
Maas ransomware, a version of Djvu, came out in early July 2020. Unfortunately, up to this day, nobody who had their files locked with this variant had yet received a decryption key from cybercriminals. However, since your data is locked with an online ID, decryption is indeed impossible currently.
Since Emsisoft's decryptor does not work, we recommend you try alternative methods that might be able to help you in some cases - check out the Maas ransomware removal guide.
Nonetheless, keep in mind that data recovery with built-in Windows resources such as Shadow Copies or with third-party recovery solutions has a low chance of success.
Our advice would be to make a copy of all the locked files and simply wait, as researchers might create a decryption tool in the future. Also, since most of Djvu versions are spread via software cracks and pirated installers, please stay away from such malicious files in the future.
