Unfortunately, you cannot decrypt files that get encrypted by the virus because the official decryption tool is not developed yet. It is pretty much impossible to get back files once any version of the Djvu family gets on the machine.
Nile virus is one of the more recent versions, so there are a few options only: data backups or third-party file recovery tools. The most reliable method is replacing encrypted data with file copies stored on an external device or cloud database.
You need to thoroughly clean the machine before doing so. Remember that. Because you can lose your files permanently. So run the AV tool first.
