Thanks for the information. It seems that your files were encrypted by .java file extension virus which is a variant of Dharma ransomware family. Therefore, for data recovery, you can try to use Dharma decryptor. However, we cannot ensure that the latest version of malware is actually decryptable. Thus, you should also try third-party tools that might help to restore at least some of the encoded files. You can find detailed information in this article.
