Steps that you should do:
1. Make sure that your computer is clean. For that, use a reputable anti-virus to run a full system scan and remove malicious entries. Just be sure that you are not infected.
2. Change your email's password. You received this email because your email address was involved in some list which got leaked. Make sure your email is safe by changing the password.
3. Do NOT contact bad actors or pay the demanded sum, as you will only end up losing the money.
4. Warn your family, friends, and colleagues that your email might be involved into the scam. Ask them to ignore spoofy emails from you.
