It is most likely not a real RAT on the machine but the scam that claims to have infected your machine with this remote access tool that can be set to do various malicious things on the system.
I infected you with my private malware RAT scam is a particular threat that seems to be especially active at the moment.
This is nothing but an email scam that targets to get people into visiting the page or installing a tool, pay for the alleged services or the direct ransom. These criminals behind the threat obtained your password or any other particularly sensitive information and trick you into believing that the device got hacked.
Remove the email message, scan the machine to see if there is anything malicious left on the machine and clean the system fully to be sure that malware is not affecting the PC. Use anti-malware tools for that.
