Unfortunately, this seems to be the case of a malware type called RAT. The particular email campaign that includes fake claims about obtained information and posing as other people leads to very dangerous results because it is a scam that focuses on getting your sensitive information.
This email scam delivers messages with various claims that scare people into paying or revealing their personal information, credentials, login info.
Stay away from the email and makes sure to delete the notification before clicking on any link or downloading the file. Ask for your close people to do the same, especially those who got these fake emails.
You should read about the threat we are talking about here.
Unfortunately, there is a possibility that your machine got infected with more severe malware due to this campaign and you may have no idea about that since it happened in the background.
You must install the legitimate anti-malware tool, scan the machine and remove all detected threats. This way your device is clear of viruses and you can be sure that the RAT hasn't got on the device.
Sincerely,
