downloaded Malwarebyte's but program wouldn't run. Rebooted once and now have a black screen with the mouse arrow. Can I rid my computer of this malware through Safe Mode?

My computer's virus has disabled regedit, also doesn't allow malwarebytes to work and also disabled installation of trendmicro (bought the CD). what do i do ?

when I do the manual commands the reply is, 'PC-Antispyware2010.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
To enable Task Manager:
1. Click Start -> Run or (WinKey+R)
2. Then copy and paste the following line:
Reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
3. Click OK.
