Cannot remove WannaCry. I downloaded antivirus but I cannot install it. I think the virus bocks it. Should I remove it manually? Or what should I do?

WannaCry might block your security program. However, you can disable the virus and then launch the antivirus. In order to do so, you have to reboot the computer to the Safe Mode with Networking (you can find illustrated guide how to do it here). Then you should be able to install and run security software to clean the machine.
Do not even consider manual elimination option. It's very difficult task. Failure might lead to irreparable damage to the system. Hence, you should not risk!
